Secretary

The Secretary is an elected Corporate Officer of the Church. The Secretary is responsible for the recording of all proceedings of the church and for official correspondence and preserving all official documents that come into his/her hands during the term of office. The Secretary shall issue letters of dismissal and membership standing, as directed by the Leadership Board. The Secretary shall also oversee and recommend for Leadership Board approval the personnel necessary to carry out the duties of the office. The Secretary shall bring records/information to the Leadership Board as directed.

Leadership Board

The purpose of the Church Leadership Board is to establish policies and procedures, financial reporting, managing performance, strategic planning, compensation review, budget approval and ensuring legal compliance.
